Regular grooming appointments may be paid online when checkout is selected or paid in person at the appointment. Membership purchases must be paid online.

Use the rescheduling or cancellation link in your booking confirmation, or contact Kutty Kutz as soon as possible. New appointment times are subject to availability.

Walk-ins may be accepted based on the day’s schedule. Booking in advance is the best way to avoid waiting and reserve your preferred time.

Late arrivals may require an adjusted service or a new appointment so that the remaining schedule is not delayed. Please contact us when you know you may be late.

Memberships include selected grooming services and benefits during the purchased term. Available options include Basic, Premium, Kids, Father & Son, and Kurbside Kutz plans.

Yes. Memberships must be purchased and paid for online before services and membership benefits become active.

Active members do not pay again for services included in their plan, provided their membership is active and they have eligible visits remaining.

Membership status and available visits may be verified before or during booking. Customers should use the same name, email address, and phone number used during the membership purchase.

Membership services should be used according to the terms of the selected plan. Please review the membership agreement for details about unused visits and expiration dates.

Membership purchases are generally nonrefundable. Questions or special concerns may be discussed directly with Kutty Kutz.

Member booking is reserved for customers with an active paid membership. Nonmembers should use the regular appointment booking option.

Services may include adult and kids haircuts, lineups, beard grooming, facial services, shampoo services, loc maintenance, membership appointments, and select mobile services.

Yes. Children’s haircut services and Kids Membership options are available.

Kurbside Kutz is a mobile grooming option designed for eligible members who need services provided at their location. Scheduling dates and service areas may be limited.

Arrive on time with your hair ready for the selected service. Reference photos are welcome when you have a specific style or finish in mind.

The Kutty Kutz Supply Store is being developed to offer barber tools, grooming products, hair-care essentials, and selected supplies for professional barbers and everyday customers.
